Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Once established, this role is accountable to update and maintain all forecasting, accruals and cash flows for a hospital campus project, including reporting to client.

Collaborate closely with Subcontractors and Project teams to collect updated, regular status and forecast information. Responsible for compiling, analyzing and reporting the data both internally and externally.
Adherence to deadlines and meeting timeline deliverables is crucial.
- Create and maintain exceptional communications with the key client stakeholders.
- Prepare reporting and information for Client meetings and in conjunction with the Project Executive serve as the main conduit for financial information to the client, throughout the project.
- Work with PX / PM on structure of project budgets, job phasing, cost codes etc. while considering project specifics, best practices and contract requirements using overall experience, company policies and standards to make excellent choices.
- Work with overall project teams to ensure adherence to the project structure, costing, budgets and contract requirements.
Training, correcting and re-adjusting things as needed throughout the project for overall success.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the contract terms and allowable cost terms.
- Lead the onsite finance / admin team to ensure efficiency and successful adherence to deadlines and deliverables in accordance with the contract terms and reporting requirements.
- Maintain Estimates at Completion (EAC’s) for the projects in conjunction with the project managers and in alignment with the client Work Breakdown Structure (WBS reporting).
- Develop a deep understanding of the Project projections in relation to revenue forecast, schedule, and cost impacts.
- Maintains positive owner relations to work with client team and ensure R&S meets all contractual and accounting requirements.
- Take feedback from the client and address feedback internally.
- Supervise and trains Field Office Coordinators and Administrative Assistants, as needed in tandem with other assigned Project Accountants.
- Work with Project Managers and Subcontractors to establish and maintain the WBS coding for change order management throughout the project, ensuring adherence to company procedures and Owner Contract terms.
- Knowledgeable in the development of subcontractor documents ensures that all required documents are included and that the administration and signature process are completed to company standards and project requirements and change orders are processed in alignment with these documents.
- Backup role for assembling and submitting monthly Owner Billings as required by Owner Contract if needed.
- Assists Project Managers / Executives in preparation of monthly internal CR-1 Reports
- Notify Regional Controllers or Manager of Finance Operations of necessary deviations from company policy to obtain sign off for use of project specific requirement as needed.

REQUIREMENTS :
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area preferred.
A combination of education and work experience may also be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience : 8+ years of experience in a construction accounting position preferred, other construction positions may also be considered.
- Possess excellent listening, oral and written communication skills as well as superior problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.
- Ability to work successfully in a Big Room environment
- Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills.
- Construction Accounting or Management Experience required.
- Adheres to and supports all Safety requirements.
- Performs work tasks by receiving direction and then working independently with an interest in quickly learning and applying new skills and abilities.
- Able to provide thorough analysis and proper planning to achieve goals.
- Must be dependable, consistent, diligent, and thorough.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates excellent presentation and time management skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows applications including MS Teams required.
- Intermediate or better knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of Construction Job Cost Accounting.
- Management experience preferred.
- Procore Knowledge beneficial.
Expected annual salary range for this job is $130,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
