Legal Intake Specialist

We are seeking a friendly, driven and determined Legal Intake Specialist to join our rapidly-growing team. This is one of the most important roles at our firm and has great opportunity for growth and expansion.

The right candidate will be friendly, well-spoken and tenacious in following up with potential clients.

• Have Personal Injury Law firm Experience
• Have experience with a law firm case management program

Intake Specialist will be first point of contact with prospects, screen leads, and will have the duty to obtain accident facts, injury details, photographs, and determine if the case should be signed up.

Candidate must possess the skills and knowledge to evaluate a personal injury case and retain the client.

To be successful candidate must possess excellent sales skills, be organized, detail orientated, kind, caring, compassionate, patient, pleasant and professional.

Compensation : $30,000

Responsibilities :

• Answering and screening initial inquiries from prospective clients
• Obtaining pertinent information from prospective clients to determine prospective client legal needs.Entering this information into email and case management system.
• Drafting and sending engagement letters and initial documents to prospective clients
• Assisting potential clients in assembling documents required to support their claims

Qualifications :

• Previous experience with tele-marketing, intake and / or handling high volume of calls on a daily basis (prior experience in a law firm is not required, but strongly preferred)
• Ability to be polite, professional and eloquent while speaking with potential clients
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and must have strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, listen closely and convey questions and instructions clearly
• Must have persistence and patience with following up and helping potential clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a high volume workload
• Ability to be coachable and be able to receive constructive criticism
• Ideally prefer those who can communicate bilingually in both English and Spanish
