Position : Patient Account Support Specialist
Hours : FLEXMonday-Friday 9AM-5PM
Address : Plano, TX 75024
Pay : $22 - $24 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the transfer of those balances from one system to a third party
- After their 3rd party has tried to collect a patient balance and been unsuccessful, send it back to be written off / government reimbursement
- Gather documents and put packets together
- Follow up with any missing information
- Statements, advice, remits, and notes with any calls that were made
- Send packets in timely manner to get max reimbursements from government
- Commerical and bad debt write offs
- Review and analyze EOB
- Print out claims
Requirements :
- Knowledge / Experience Reading EOBs / Remits
- Full revenue cycle experience
- Excel experience
