Description
We're looking for a seasoned Data Scientist to lead our cross-location team. In this role, you'll drive the development of Data Science excellence across the region and dive into diverse projects like NLP / LLM, Computer Vision, Time Series and more.

What You Have
- Shape AI / ML-driven solutions' technology vision with EPAM's clients and teams
- Propose strategies to address business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value to our clients
- Stay updated with the latest Data Science and AI advancements
- Mentor and develop Data Science competency
- Lead strategic initiatives within AI and Data Science
Nice to have
- 6+ years of Data Science / Machine Learning experience
- Proficiency in at least two of these domains : Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Vision, Time Series or Recommendation Systems
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Expertise in Deep Learning
- Programming skills, preferably in Python
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- B2+ English, both verbal and written
