Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns to attract and engage potential B2B clients through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and direct outreach.

  • Proactively identify and generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns, cold outreach, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Qualify prospects to determine their fit and readiness for our services.
  • Manage and optimize demand generation campaigns to ensure they effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Work closely with the sales team and the Director of Sales to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives.
  • Provide insights and feedback to help refine lead generation tactics and sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for generating demand and positioning Invitro Capital effectively in the marketplace.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities, client interactions, and campaign performance in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives interest in our services.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of demand generation strategies and adjust tactics as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Requirements :

7-10 years of experience in demand generation, B2B sales, or client acquisition roles, with a proven track record of successfully generating demand and driving business growth.

  • Expertise in demand generation strategies and tools, including digital marketing platforms, content marketing, and lead generation tools.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms for tracking and optimizing lead generation efforts.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions and engage with key decision-makers.
  • Resourceful and innovative in creating demand generation strategies and identifying new opportunities for client acquisition.
  • Experience in B2B sales or demand generation within HR Tech, SaaS, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
