The Sales Operations Manager at Lugano is responsible for optimizing the performance of the sales team by developing and implementing effective sales processes, tools, and reporting systems.
This role ensures that the sales operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
You will work closely with our VP of North America and President to ensure all sales operations are aligned with the direction of overall sales growth.
This role is essential in ensuring that our salons operate remarkably and that our sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
About the Role
- Sales Process Management :
- Develop, document, and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency in sales methodologies and best practices across the team.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning :
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.
- Sales Enablement :
- Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and information to succeed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments.
- Performance Management :
- Assist in setting performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide feedback for improvement.
- Commission Administration :
- Administer and streamline the sales commission process, ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, and timely payouts.
