Role Overview The Customer Service Rep is responsible for coordiantin and processing customer orders and handling inquiries, complaints, and invoicing problems to meet the customer and company requirements.

00 - $25.00 per hour Work setting : In-person, on-site What You’ll Bring Completion of post-secondary Sales and Marketing courses is desirable Minimum of 2 3 years Customer Service experience using a computerized order entry system Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing work environments and workload Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word and Outlook) and advanced skills level using Excel developing spreadsheets, using formulas, macros, etc.

Fluent in English (verbal and written) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and dedication to customer satisfaction Eager to learn new concepts Must be punctual and reliable Why Tree Island?
