M Engineer

HOW A M ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Stay abreast of all new features, capabilities, and updates within Microsoft (M) and Azure platforms.
Assist in developing and executing rollout plans for new M features and services, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to assess current on-premises services and develop migration strategies to M and Azure.
Lead the implementation and configuration of M and Azure cloud services, adhering to best practices and security standards.
Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to M and Azure cloud environments.
Monitor performance, availability, and reliability of M and Azure services, implementing proactive measures for continual service improvement.
Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies in M and Azure environments.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues and enhance service delivery.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud computing and M, recommending enhancements or optimizations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education : Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science
Required Experience : 5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills : Proven experience as an M Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on M and Azure cloud environments.
Experience with migrating on-premises services to M and Azure, including identity management and integration.
Security Clearance Level : TS / SCI w / Poly
Required Skills and Abilities : Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management tasks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills : In-depth understanding of Microsoft (M) suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure services.
