Client Details
My client is a leading Seattle based full-service General Contractor with projects around Greater Seattle.
Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear understanding of project specifications and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with time and budget constraints and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Lead project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and resolutions; maintain regular communication with senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all construction meets or exceeds minimum quality standards and that buildings are constructed in accordance with design specifications.
- Oversee contract administration, including negotiation and management of contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on the construction site, fostering a safety-first workplace environment.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts that arise during construction processes in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status and present them to senior management and stakeholders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with multifamily projects.
- Experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse project teams.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as MS Project, Procore, or similar.
- Solid understanding of construction, zoning, and building codes and regulations.
Job Offer
- $100,000-$120,000
