We are currently seeking a motivated P&C Insurance Sales Producer to join our dynamic team and help us grow our commercial business.

Job Overview :

The P&C Insurance Sales Producer is responsible for developing and managing an active pipeline with a focus on commercial sales.

You will identify potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide suitable coverage options. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, present our organization's capabilities, and cross-sell products will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Commercial Business Development

  • Seek and engage potential clients to provide quote proposals.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and risk assessments to uncover unique coverage needs.
  • Offer consultative advice on key risk areas.
  • Review current policies to identify account rounding and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify and close potential cross-sell opportunities.

Client Management

  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Champion proper advocacy of claims.
  • Participate in stewardship meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Client Management team to close rounding opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with the company’s commercial lending team to streamline the policy quoting process.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
  • Active P&C insurance license with a minimum of five years of experience as a commercial line producer.
  • Experience in real estate development, construction, industrial property, and multi-family dwellings preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred.
  • Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, and CIC preferred.
