Position Overview :
B&T USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for order fulfillment, product assembly, packaging, shipping and product receiving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Perform accurate inventory control, as needed.
- Use scanners to process order fulfillment.
- Assures that quality standards are met daily,
- Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Required Education / Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years warehouse experience.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
- Previous forklift and pallet jack experience a plus.
- Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

- Required to lift 50lbs unassisted and up to 80lbs assisted.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Regularly required to stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or crouch.
Job Type
FT - Hourly
Monday to Friday. May be required to work after-hours when needed to meet shipping demands.
