Capistrano Mazda is hiring for the role of Service Lot Porter.
Job Description :
The Service Lot Porter will be responsible for maintaining the dealership's service lot and providing support to the service department.
This individual will ensure the lot is clean, organized, and ready to receive vehicles.
They will also assist with customer service and various tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot
- Assist with customer service, such as greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate areas
- Move vehicles as needed within the lot
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as refueling vehicles and checking tire pressure
- Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
