ESG is a global innovative and market leading software & services company serving clients of a wide array of organizations within the energy sector.
We deliver sophisticated software solutions and managed services in a Private Cloud infrastructure, servicing both traditional and modern real-time, smart energy clients.
A cross-functional role with responsibility of supporting and enabling sales and account management teams to operate more efficiently and effectively by fulfilling strategic and tactical departmental functions.
The role requires working closely with the senior management team, guiding, and managing internal and external stakeholders to assist sales team with bringing revenue into ESG.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
- Provides insight, analysis, and trends to drive sales effectiveness and productivity
- Administers and manages sales tools and software, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms
- Collaborates with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and quotas
- Develops and maintains reports and data required by sales / account management teams, assists with regular reporting of churn, renewals status, and sales performance against targets
- Assist with documentation of processes and policies that relate to sales and account management
- Assists with client and customer facing events
- Pursues relationships and seeks business expansion opportunities with current clients
- Manages professional services opportunities, collaborates with other teams to ensure their successful implementation
- Has detailed knowledge of products and services being offered and is able to present offerings to clients and prospects
- Other tasks and duties may be required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- A minimum of three years of related experience
- Energy industry experience and knowledge of SaaS systems
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, listening) skills
- Strong stakeholder presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Excellent attention to detail in checking and challenging information
- Experience with HubSpot, Jira, and ZenDesk is desired
- Experience in managing multichannel pipelines is desired
- Results and process driven, analytical, organized, hands on individual.
