8a-4 : 30p

$19-$21 / hr

Evaluation to Hire

job Duties (include but are not limited to) :

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in person and social media.
  • Answer customer questions quickly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through the custom jewelry design process using our tools and resources.
  • Provide accurate price information on custom jewelry pieces.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
  • Update customers on orders and invoices, and make changes when needed.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our system.
  • Handle filing and light general office tasks.
  • Work one Saturday per month when applicable

Qualifications / Skills for the Customer Service Representative :

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Interest or passion for jewelry and design.
  • Comfortable learning and using new software systems.
