The Courtyard by Marriott Waterbury Downtown, managed by Moody National Management LP is currently looking for Parking Attendants to join our team.

Essential Functions :
- Respond to guest inquiries courteously; provide information regarding transportation, hotel services, local events, points of interest and activities.
- Walk garage parking / property for added Security. Maintain general cleanliness of parking / property.
- Guard Entrance to parking garage.
- Prepare and submit required reports to management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Specifications
- Working knowledge of alternative local travel routes, hotel services and local area events and activities.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions to carry through driver responsibilities.
- Good command of the English language; second language proficiency desirable
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to maintain customer focus
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to follow corporate and brand standards and procedures.
Experience and Education :
- Minimum training required per year as assigned by the company
- Any additional training required by manager
