As a Territory Manager, your responsibilities include maintaining and expanding your customer base within an assigned territory for veterinary medical diagnostic sales, consumables, and various testing programs.
This involves achieving annual sales, revenue, and gross profit goals within your specified territory. We offer generous earning potential with commission on both equipment placement and ongoing consumables.

Responsibilities
The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for achieving budgeted sales volume and other established goals by regularly calling on veterinary offices, labs, and institutions in a defined sales territory.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and further developing established accounts, as well as developing new accounts to increase market penetration.
The Territory Manager actively prospects, pursues, and closes equipment and technology sales in the assigned territory while also being responsible for maintaining and growing the existing consumables base.
Generating leads for technology offerings, exclusive products, and capital equipment is also a part of the job. Additionally, the representative must prepare presentations and price quotes for customers and meet forecasted goals.
Promoting marketing programs, demonstrating new products, and participating in and supporting meetings and activities as requested by the general office are also important aspects of the role.
The Territory Manager is also expected to perform other duties as assigned. Sales leads will be generated by both the Sales Territory Manager and the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must possess TWO or more of the following :
- Three or more years of experience in business-to-business sales in the small animal veterinary space or
- Three or more years of experience as a technician or the like in the HEALTH / VETERINARY industry
- Has their own reliable transportation with a valid KY driver’s license and insurance. Car allowance is part of the compensation package.
Must be able to travel regionally and on occasion, spend the night away from home in a hotel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior direct, retail, or telephone sales experience
- Knowledge of the veterinary industry (or experience)
- PC skills required, including knowledge of spreadsheets & word-processing software
- CRM experience is a must. Being proficient in Freshworks is a plus!
