Job Title : Corporate Receptionist
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients, as well as performing administrative duties.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and staff
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements :
1.Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Possession of strong organizational skills.

5. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
