Job Description

As a Director of Inclusive Cyber Ecosystem on the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) team, your focus will be to drive further impact with Palo Alto Networks’ customers, partners, suppliers, and the cyber workforce.

Your Impact

  • Build initiatives and programs, in partnership with key global stakeholders, to build a more inclusive cyber ecosystem
  • Serve as a trusted partner to internal business leaders, using your expertise to elevate I&D efforts and champion best practices to further business impact
  • Develop I&D recommendations and action plans, ensuring alignment with Palo Alto Networks’ overall I&D strategy and business needs
  • Develop and implement initiatives with the product and go-to-market teams to bring an I&D lens to product and sales to create impact with and for Palo Alto Networks’ business partners and customers
  • Facilitate diverse supplier initiatives in partnership with direct and indirect supply chain teams
  • Deliver regulatory reporting on key areas in the value chain, including human rights practices in the supply chain, in partnership with supply chain and legal teams
  • Broaden access to cybersecurity education and career pathways in partnership with the Corporate Responsibility team
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support strategy and inform programmatic design and updates
  • Earn credibility and trusted advisor status by demonstrating deep knowledge of I&D related subject areas and delivering on the commitments

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in DEI and / or responsible value chain practices with a focus on program development and implementation
  • Subject matter expertise in human rights practices and / or global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across a variety of identities and regions around the world
  • Experienced in navigating fast-paced, matrixed global organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g.

Supply Chain, Legal, Product, etc.) and external stakeholders

  • Experience in change management and effectively navigating stakeholder relationships across diverse groups in an enterprise setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • Strong decision-making and discernment skills, with the ability to carefully weigh risks, consider multiple perspectives, and adapt strategies to select the most effective course of action in alignment with evolving business needs
  • Experience as a cybersecurity practitioner is a plus

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be between $203000 - $278500 / YR.

The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be foundhere .
