Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Evening Shift : 5 PM - 9 PM)

Pay : $21.20 / hour

This position provides administrative support to the Automotive Department’s leadership and faculty, including the Director, Program Chairs, and Academic Dean.

Responsibilities include front desk reception, clerical tasks, file management, and customer service. The role involves coordinating supplies, assisting with faculty onboarding, troubleshooting office technology, and supporting department meetings and events.

Key Duties :

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to emails.
• Manage office supplies and assist with inventory.
• Help faculty with technology and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and minute preparation.
• Maintain accurate file systems and assist with data entry.

Requirements :

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
