ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provides technical direction and oversight, as the Subject Matter Expert, for sales initiatives, activities and processes through coordination of hearing center operations and organization.
• Collaborate with our client-facing colleagues with various inquiries and requests.
• Support service excellence when interacting with clients, center staff, Support Center Departments and field management.
• Oversees and manages centers' supply procurement, equipment maintenance, cash management, inventory, third party financing administration.
• Supports training for center employees regarding processes and procedures, including new employee on-boarding processing and training.
• Oversees and supports monthly inventory audit.
• Assists with other operation teams members when necessary in order to maintain high level of support commitment to hearing centers.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to process high volume data entry.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent proof reading and editing skills.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to plan activities and programs such as meetings and orientations.
• Must interact with clients and employees in a caring and respectful manner.
• Experience with Retail Sales and Operations.

Salary $28 - $31
