Sales Director

Client Summarization : Our client is a virtual practice / business in a box for doctors it delivers patients, medical coverage, Virtual workspace, EHR, E-prescribing, and Virtual telehealth visit tools and functions that enable flexibility for the patient and the providers allowing remote visits, replacing the current brick and mortar practices and throwing away the "ball and chain" that come with it . We are seeking a Sales Director who will manage all the sales operations in our business. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions' accounts. Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. You will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Background Qualifications- Education and / or Experience :

• 5 to 7 years of direct sales experience and managing a department or
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or relevant field
• SaaS / software and / or medical / healthcare background is a HUGE plus!
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing a small team
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
• Proven ability to maximize sales
• Capacity to manage various projects and work with tight deadlines
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent negotiation skills and leadership skills
