Village Caregiving in Point Pleasant, West Virginia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time / Full-Time Caregiver .

As a caregiver , you will provide essential support and assistance to our elderly and disabled clients in their homes. This is an individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and passionate about helping others.

Caregiver Compensation & Benefits :

This position offers competitive hourly pay and may include benefits such as healthcare coverage and paid time off. $11.00-$13.00 / hour

Caregiver Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Monitor and record client's health status and report any changes to the supervisor
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Caregiver Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Passion for working with the elderly and disabled population
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
