We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Help Desk Technician who is fluent in both Japanese and English to join our dynamic team.
Job Description :
As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Your bilingual skills in Japanese and English will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Document and track issues using our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and client experiences.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
