Ocean Beauty Seafoods in Dallas is looking for a Cutter to join our team! We think Ocean Beauty is a pretty incredible place to work and we know you will love it too! We focus on getting quality and sustainable seafood to our local grocery stores, restaurants, and fine hotels!
We take pride in cutting and filleting our fresh fish and delivering to our customers the same day. We value our customers! We need your help in preparing their orders.
JOB DUTIES :
- You will cut fresh seafood to ensure maximum use of product.
- Not only will your job involve cutting and filleting fish, you will need to maintain and properly care for fillet and others cutting knifes to ensure your tools of the trade work efficiently.
- Record weights for all items processed before it is cut as well as keep you work area clean and sanitized.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Good knife skills are needed to ensure high yield of product.
- Work as a team
- Able to work in a controlled environment that is cold and damp we keep our product chilled
- Seafood experience a plus, but not required
