We're looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks across different marketing channels.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as trade shows, influencer programs, and content creation while supporting the broader marketing team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and coordination of trade shows and company events, including drafting floor plans, managing logistics, and assigning tasks through Asana.
- Must be able to travel for trade shows and events.
- Order materials for events, keep logs of receipts, and manage event-related expenses.
- Oversee the ambassador and influencer programs. Responsibilities include leading meetings, taking notes, drafting NDAs and contracts, scheduling follow-ups and renewals, coordinating shipping of equipment and supplies, and being the point person for all influencer / ambassador needs.
You’ll liaise with service technicians for any issues they face.
- Occasionally appear on camera for social media content to help engage our audience and promote events or initiatives.
- Assist the Design Manager and Marketing Manager with daily tasks such as inputting lead numbers into Excel and verifying calculations.
Intermediate Excel skills are required.
- Gather data from our paid media accounts (Google, Meta) and from our CRM (HubSpot) for reporting and analysis.
- Draft and send emails for new content releases, trade show invitations, event announcements, and more.
- Update website content using the admin portal as needed.
- Keep track of physical marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, garment samples, etc., and ensure inventory is stocked.
- Handle video shoot logistics by coordinating with internal personnel, external actresses, or influencers to ensure all parties are aligned on dates, times, and locations.
Requirements :
- Experience in marketing, event planning, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be willing to travel for trade shows and events.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
- Intermediate Excel skills for data input and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Experience using project management tools like Asana is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google and Meta ad platforms, as well as CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
