JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the maintenance, support, and issue resolution on the digital banking platform ( the platform ).
The position will use platform tools for marketing as well as working with business units to provide platform enhancements to meet customer and business unit needs.
The Digital Banking Analyst manages the vendor relationships for the platform. In addition, this role serves as a leader in partnering with business units across SNB to ensure that SNB has well-coordinated digital banking services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide Customer-Driven Services (50%)
- Analyzes market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital banking services.
- Gathers data on customer use of SNB’s platform to determine customer needs that drive new digital banking services.
- Provides analytics and reporting to executives and other decision-makers on the platform.
- Identifies 3rd party vendors and / or fintech’s that provide new or additional services.
- Partners with SNB business units to implement new services that are delivered with security and support in mind.
- Manages minor implementations independently.
Platform Management (20%)
- Provides performance platform maintenance as needed to ensure availability.
- Coordinates with business units when there are platform maintenance windows and platform enhancements to deploy.
- Coordinates with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues or customer complaints when they arise.
- Uses platform tools to ensure security of customer information and deter fraud.
- Collaborates with Marketing to maintain and improve the SNB marketing website.
Drive Adoption (20%)
- Provides education and training to Treasury Management Sales and Operations, Branch Delivery, Relationship Managers, and Customer Care Center, including third party support (LSI).
- Provides demonstrations on the platform to sales teams.
- Partners with Marketing to educate customers on features and services.
- Develops and co-leads marketing campaigns within the platform with Marketing and sales teams.
Leadership (10%)
Exhibits leadership as an individual contributor by supporting the team and company through sharing of knowledge, leading by example, setting high standards for self and team, being accountable, demonstrating open communication, acknowledging, and supporting other’s efforts, and providing feedback when appropriate.
Performs other duties as required and assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of digital banking and banking technology.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Banking knowledge.
- Q2 digital banking knowledge desired.
- Fiserv core banking experienced desired.
- Ability to complete required training by assigned due date.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
EDUCATION*
Minimum of a High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or marketing preferred.
EXPERIENCE*
- Minimum of three years of experience in banking required.
- Minimum of three years in digital banking or banking technology required.
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
