Position Classification : Part-time (seasonal); Monday-Friday between the hours of 2-6 : 30; $18hr.
General Function :
Drives bus to safely transport assigned club members from school to club and to / from field trip destinations in a timely manner, following applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate and promote Core Values
- Understand the Clubs' philosophy, vision, and goals.
- Reports to the Transportation Coordinator
- Ensures safety of children by securing and enforcing bus rules.
- Maintains the cleanliness of assigned bus and submits maintenance request as needed.
- Conducts safety inspection of bus before starting engine.
- Mandatory First Aid / CPR.
- Other duties as assigned by Transportation Coordinator
Minimum Education and Training :
- High School Diploma or GED supplemented by a good driving record
- Required training, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Valid State class "B" CDL driver's license with appropriate endorsements.
- CDL Commercial Medical Examination Report
