Position Summary : As a Solar Panel Installer, you must be a hard worker ready to help with the installation of solar systems.
You will spend 70-90% of your day working on rooftops with various angles and heights in all weather conditions. The most important feature of a good solar installer is being someone willing to learn, and motivated.

Essential Duties : Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipmentSupport the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installationDocument completion of quality installationCompliance with OSHA standardsKey Competencies : Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 poundsMust be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs)Must have a reliable means of transportationPrior residential solar installation experience preferred but not requiredPrior roofing / roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not requiredFounded in 2014, Blue Raven quickly expanded to become a national top-selling solar brand.
