Sanderson Stewart, a Sanbell company, is seeking a Project or Senior Engineer Land Development to join our team of professionals.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provide civil engineering expertise related to commercial and / or residential land development including subdivisions, site layout, street and utility design, grading and stormwater management, permitting, specifications, cost estimating, and construction administration.
- Prepare and manage project plans, project budgets, and project schedules from start to completion with limited oversight.
- Work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team.
- Stay updated with local regulations and standards to ensure projects remain in compliance.
- B.S. in Civil, Water Resources, Environmental Engineer, or a related degree.
Required Qualifications (Skills / Experience / Certifications) :
5+ years of engineering experience in land development.
Preferred Qualifications (Skills / Experience / Certifications) :
Working knowledge of local jurisdictions regulations.
Compensation :
$85,000 $110,000 / yr.
