Looking for a team member with a fun outgoing personality that can make clients smile over the phone. We are a large insurance agency with a lot of activity, in need of a person who can hit the ground running.
A day in the agency will consist of greeting walk-ins, taking incoming calls, answering billing questions, taking payments, and managing notifications on client policy changes.
Job includes a positive touch program : i.e., sending life event cards, claim follow up emails, offering insurance review emails, appointment setting and reminder calls.
Role requires excellent phone skills, proficient computer skills, ability to multitask, strong work ethic, desire to learn and most of all a kind fun spirit.
