Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for a client in the automotive and racing industry , seeking a highly skilled Manual Machinist with experience in high-performance and racing engines .

This role involves manual drilling, boring, cutting, and shaping of car engine components with a focus on engine rebuilding, precision machining, and performance optimization .

Must-Haves :

• 5+ years of experience working with high-performance or racing engines .
• Expertise in engine rebuilding tasks such as disassembly, inspection, and reassembly.
• Proficiency in cylinder head and block machining , including boring, honing, and seat and guide replacement.
• Knowledge of engine components like crankshafts, camshafts, valves, and pistons.
• Strong skills in using machining tools like lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Ability to blueprint and balance engines for performance.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Technical training in Automotive Machining, Precision Machining , or a related field.
• Familiarity with high-end automotive brands like BMW, Porsche, or Audi.
• Hands-on experience with personal or professional engine modification projects .
