Their solution will be a world-first higher accuracy and timing solution than current GNSS and GPS constellations you’ll play a critical role in developing their full navigation software and architecture.
As a GNSS Software Engineer, you'll design and implement GNSS and navigation software solutions across the full software development lifecycle, reporting directly to the CTO / Co-Founder.
GNSS Software Engineer Responsibilities
- Develop navigation and GNSS software (Embedded C / C++) for navigation satellite constellations
- Customize and deploy operating systems using specialized tools (Yocto, Petalinux etc.)
- Create and troubleshoot low-level device drivers and firmware (C / Bare-Metal)
- Work with various teams across Hardware, Electronics, and Engineering to integrate and implement navigation software solutions
- Communicate directly with the C-Suite and lead the embedded software design for navigation
GNSS Software Engineer Requirements
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience with navigation and timing applications
- Proficient in C / C++ and Python programming
- Knowledgeable in processing GNSS data, GPS, and estimation theory (PPP and RTK is desired but not needed)
A US Green Card or Citizenship is required!
