Position : Retail Store Operations Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Store Operations Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and conducting inventory checks
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and balance cash drawers
• Collaborate with store management to implement store promotions, sales, and marketing initiatives
• Assist in training new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
• Monitor and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to store management
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by store management

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail operations or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
