Red Peak Technical Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opening for a Configuration Management Analyst . The Configuration Management Analyst will provide contractor support work for activities on the Remedy system under the Navy’s Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Ashore Program.

Responsibilities :
- Perform and support the Program and Remedy support team with the management of the ATFP Remedy Asset Management and Help Desk modules.
- Support assignment of Help Desk Tickets to ATFP Ashore contractors and upload Asset data to the system.
- Assist with a full realm of administrative support services and coordinate with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support involving multiple tasks / projects.
- Support and supervise documentation of configuration change management procedures as needed.
- Execute the process controls, ensuring that staff comply with process and data standards.
- Direct, prioritize and schedule audits; ensure corrective action identified in Process and / or Database audits is carried out.
- Oversee activities relative to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products, or services.
- Examine performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of cost of material, equipment, and production to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain a basic understanding of NAVFAC AT / FP policies and procedures.
- Maintain a basic understanding of USN principles and processes.
- Analyze, maintain and recommend changes to the ATFP Remedy databases and all of its modules.
- Conduct assessment and approval of Asset Data submittals from ATFP Ashore Contractors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the management and transfer of Government property during system changes.
- Support financial analysis of operational requirements of each task order.
- Create and update data for Monthly status Reports and Biweekly status reports.
Pay Rate :
$60,000 to $85,000 Annually
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related field.
- Four (4) years experience on a U.S. Navy C4I Contract.
- Qualified candidate must currently hold and maintain an Active SECRET Security Clearance.
- Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
