We're seeking a temporary Finance Manager to analyze the financial impact of our strategic negotiations, ensuring sustainable, long-term partnerships.
This role involves close work with various teams to design and implement cost management policies, alongside developing financial models that guide our sourcing decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and maintain complex financial models for strategic sourcing decisions.
- Support critical reporting on product cost impacts.
- Develop content for operational reviews with internal leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quantify impacts of purchasing activities.
- Lead initiatives in cost management, reporting, and forecasting.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 5+ years of building financial and operational reports / data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.
g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience performing ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel
- Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
