Plumber / Drain Technician Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber / Drain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and drain maintenance, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Full benefits available after 60 days.
Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Clear clogged drains and sewer lines using various tools and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine the best course of action
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining repairs, and offering maintenance tips
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and drain maintenance
- Valid plumbing license and driver's license
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and tools
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
