The Maintenance PLC Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure production equipment operates at full potential.

In this role, you will work closely with the operations team to maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems.

This hands-on role involves diagnostics, equipment maintenance, and implementing process improvements. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime and keeping production schedules on track in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance role, focusing on PLCs and automated systems.
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range : $26-$40 / hr + Overtime
