This is a full timeposition and is responsible for end to end projectmanagement of Branch projects / initiatives asassigned.
Responsibilities :
Perform theend to end project management activities for projects / initiativesassigned including project planning monitoring and closing toeffectively and efficiently manage Branchs projects including butnot limited to system implementation projects.
Work withinitiative / project sponsor to develop comprehensive project planthat define project scope project stakeholders roles andresponsibilities timelines etc.
Create detailed plan tofurther breakdown key project activities into manageableindividualized tasks / process steps to help track overallprogress.
Closely monitor and track project progressionand deliver project status periodically for all projectstakeholders including Branch senior management.
Activelyfollow up with task / activity owners to ensure the overallactivities are completed within the timelines escalate items asnecessary if at risk of overdue
Act as the bridge amongBranch project stakeholders and implementation vendors (ifapplicable)
Manage change requests including changes ofinitiative / project scope timelines etc.
Responsible forarchiving projects related documentation for regulatory examinationand internal audit review purpose
Analyze Branchsbusiness domain and documents related business processes or systemsassessing the business model or its integration withtechnology
Act as vendor manager for vendors assignedperforming vendor management activities as per Branch policy andprocedures
Education and ExperienceRequirements :
Bachelors degree required majors inBusiness / Finance Statistics Computer Science or InformationSystems preferred
35 years of work experience in theFinancial Institutions ideally in Risk or Compliance
Musthave working experience in project management or project deliveryIT project management experience is a plus
Highlyorganized and able to operate in team environments especially incrossfunctional teams
Skills and Knowledge :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting anddocumentation
Strong computer skills proficient in MSWord Excel and PowerPoint experience with project management andcollaboration tools such as Microsoft Project SharePoint Jira etc.is a plus
Ability to read write Mandarin speaking is aplus
