Brand Marketing Manager

Salary : £55,000

ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Brand Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to increase brand awareness and build brand equity and brand commitment, helping the client attract new clients and talent, enabling the business to grow and deliver a broader and deeper portfolio of products and services that span the globe.

Responsibilities :

  • Working with the leadership, HR and recruitment to develop a brand strategy.
  • Working with an external agency to develop a PR strategy.
  • Provide brand analysis from our trusted client base and competitive brand analysis.
  • Develop our tone of voice and create content with the relevant leadership and stakeholders on our position on important issues, including our DEI, CSR, ESG and employment initiatives.
  • Collaborating with company stakeholders to encourage advocacy from our employees, customers, and partners.
  • Manage and leverage our social media streams, charity partnerships and sponsorships for maximum exposure.
  • Update the brand guidelines and police its correct use to ensure consistency.
  • Working with external agencies to create and execute brand collateral, videos and events.
  • Reporting on core KPIs including B2B Brand Awareness, Brand Recognition, Brand Loyalty and Brand Equity.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B Technology Marketing, focusing on brand awareness.
  • A proven track record of positioning and marketing in the tech sector.
  • Strong project management skills to successfully coordinate and direct multiple stakeholders, brand messaging and media.
  • Experience partnering with external agencies and leading / influencing external and internal content and creative teams.
  • Experience in planning and maintaining marketing and PR budgets, proving brand value and ROI.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
