Responsibilities :

Assisting withProject Planning : Helping to develop detailed project plansincluding timelines milestones and resource allocation.

Coordinating Teams : Facilitating communication andcollaboration between project team members subcontractors and otherstakeholders.

Monitoring Progress : Trackingproject progress and updating project schedules to ensuremilestones and deadlines are met.

Reporting : Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to seniorproject managers and stakeholders.

BudgetManagement : Assisting in managing project budgets includingtracking expenses and identifying costsavingopportunities.

Document Management : Maintainingproject documentation including contracts plans reports andcorrespondence.

Risk Management : Identifyingpotential project risks and assisting in developing mitigationstrategies.

Quality Control : Ensuring thatconstruction work meets the required quality standards andspecifications.

Client Communication : Liaisingwith clients to provide project updates address concerns and gatherfeedback.

Resource Management : Assisting in theallocation and management of project resources including personnelequipment and materials.

Administrative Support : Providing administrative support to the project team includingscheduling meetings preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Change Management : Helping to manage project changesincluding scope schedule and budget adjustments.
