Quality Assurance Administrator

About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join Wells Fargo Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations, Retail Core Operations, Estate Care Center, ATM Services and Vendor Solutions.

In this role, you will :

• Performs a variety of Quality assurance operational tasks for the mid to high complex processes or functions.
• Ensuring required data is input into systems for tracking and recording and appropriate documents are ordered and retained proper fees paid or refunded.
• Clearly document identified risks and / or problems and may recommend standards, policies, and procedures to improve performance.
• Provide suggestions to streamline the process and eliminate process differences between processing sites and provide suggestions to reduce or eliminate internal compliance error trends identified through the review process.
• Assist with creating new or enhancing the quality / performance and control monitoring programs.
• Provide clear and concise explanations to the line of business when exceptions or problems are identified that stray for the prescribed policy and procedures.

Ensure identified risks and / or problems are clearly documented and interacts with appropriate parties for timely resolution.

Identify risks and problem areas and recommends standards, policies, and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance.

May design and conduct training programs.

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

• Working experience with ATM Services and Vendor Solutions and / or the Estate Care Center in Retail Core Operations
• Experience working with desired systems including Indigo, NICE, Nexidia, Pega, DMS, Alvaria Workforce, and any other Wells Fargo operating systems.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of bank regulations / compliance, policies, processes and procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Can adapt to a changing environment and circumstances
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Word
• Ability to identify and report risk identified following established guidelines
