Compensation : $85,000 - $100,000 / year + Discretionary Year End Bonus

Company / Position Overview : Our client, a real estate investment firm located in Denver, is hiring an Assistant Controller.
This newly created position will report to the Founder and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations with an understanding of GAAP.
The position offers variety and includes Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Investor Related Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting, and HR.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA and / or MBA (or in progress) a plus
- 3+ years’ accounting experience; public accounting or real estate industry experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
