Associate Supply Chain Analyst (Entry- Level)
Pay : $50,000 - $55,000
Location : Houston, TX

Job Objective : The Associate Supply Chain Analyst works within the Supply Chain Analytics team to drive overall supply chain excellence.
The role will assist with inventory planning, identifying & analyzing gaps, coordination, and management of the supply chain processes & data to ensure efficient operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management.
Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.
- Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Management : Maintain ERP’s supply chain field’s data accuracy to continuously support the procurement teams inventory replenishment effectiveness
- Inventory Management : Assist in managing inventory levels, including forecasting demand, tracking stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
- Process Improvement : Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in the supply chain process and suggesting solutions.
- Supplier Coordination : Communicate with suppliers to compare data points, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as procurement, cost, sourcing, branch operations, sales, & finance to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Requirements :
Education / Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Relevant experience may be considered in place of education.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, self-motivated with limited supervision, and capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet tasks deadline.
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt and learn multiple ERP systems. Individual driven to learn new tools and data techniques.
Preferred Qualifications, but not required :
Technical Skills : Experience with data manipulation techniques (Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL), Microsoft automation (VBA / Macros, Power Automation), dashboard creation (PowerBI), and ERP & inventory management software (SAP, Sage 100 / DM2, Netstock SIA)
