We are currently seeking a responsible, dedicated, and proactive individual to join our team as a Motor Coach Dispatcher Manager.

Responsibilities :

Dispatch Operations :

• Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of motor coaches.
• Monitor and adjust routes based on traffic conditions and other factors.
• Ensure timely communication with drivers and resolve any issues that arise during operations.

Team Management :

• Supervise and support the dispatch team, providing training and development opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any staffing issues promptly.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Customer Service :

• Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

Compliance and Safety :

• Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
• Conduct regular audits and training sessions on safety and compliance.

Record Keeping :

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including driver logs, route schedules, and incident reports.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on dispatch performance and metrics.

Communication :

• Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, the dispatch team, and senior management.
• Keep staff informed of any route changes, schedules, or company policies.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in dispatch operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in managing a dispatch team.
• Certification in transportation or logistics management.
• Familiarity with route planning and scheduling software.

Schedule :
