The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, and growing organization, that works on the features are customers use everyday.
We are looking for someone to support the Director of Discovery & App and the Director of Community Shopping on our Core Shopping team in Seattle, Washington.
The EA in this role will support teams responsible for building many of the core experiences and systems that enable every customer on earth to discover, evaluate, and assess products across the Amazon store - including the Homepage, Inspire Tab, and Customer Reviews.
We build core experiences that are common across all shopping journeys, as well as experiences tailored to the needs of specific products, businesses, or locales.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
