• 1st Shift : 5 am to 4 pm
• 2nd Shift : 4 pm to 3 : 30 am (+ 10% shift premium!)
• Flexibility : Training starts on 1st shift and transitions to 2nd shift (2 weeks to 2 months). Saturdays? Sometimes, but think of that sweet overtime!

Competitive Pay :

• Starting at $20.00 / hr!

• Steel Sorcery : Expert in fabricating structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
• Experience Counts : 2-3 years of solid experience.
• Strength Guaranteed : Able to lift 50 pounds.

Your Daily Adventures :

• Hands-On : Lift, position, and remove workpieces like a pro.
• Precision Focused : Measure and mark using a tape measure.
• Movement Maestro : Load, stack, and transport with finesse (hand or crane).
• Operational Mastery : Run yard equipment and overhead cranes.
• Tough Job, More Brains : Chain and clamp workpieces for smooth transitions.
• Metal Magic : Clean and grind metal for fabrication, welding, painting, or shipping.
• Neat Freak : Keep work areas, machines, tools, and equipment spotless.

What We Crave :

• Certified Wizard : Weld certified in carbon steel (MIG & SMAW); stainless steel & aluminum (TIG) a plus.
• Blueprint Guru : Read and understand blueprints effortlessly.
• Team Avengers : Motivated, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
• Smarts & Skills : Strong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, reading, and math skills.
• Language Pro : Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Communicator : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent Performer : Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
