The Company : Our Client is a large behavioral health organization that provides quality patient care for adults who are experiencing an acute mental, emotional, or substance use crisis.

The Position : Our Client is looking for a Social Worker and is offering the following benefits package :
- Starting Salary Of $54,000 (Based on Experience)

- 403B Eligibility Begins After (30) Days Of Employment. Employees Will Be Enrolled At a 3% Contribution Rate, Which Is Pre-Tax And Traditional, Not Roth.

Requirements :
- Master’s Degree In Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Or Marriage And Family
- Bilingual Preferred
Responsibilities :
- Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
- Provides Clinical And Supportive Services For Individuals Who Were Formerly Homeless And Now Living In The Community And Suffer From Co-Occurring Disorders / Substance Use
- Provide Comprehensive Case Management Services To Residents In 14-Bed Onsite Transitional Housing
- Caseloads For Up To 14 Cases Are Scheduled Throughout The Month
- Conducting Biopsychosocial Assessments
- Develops, Implements, And Monitors Client’s Treatment Plans Monthly As Needed
