Integrations Analyst (TS/SCI clearance with FSP)

One key aspect that distinguishes our product is the way in which we develop software integrations with third parties, especially with those that offer a seamless user experience.

Our Integrations Analysts are responsible for the end-to-end development life cycle of these projects and they use their technical and business knowledge to take these integrations from ideas to reality.

Your challenges and objectives :

  • Kick off the projects by gathering the customers' needs and identifying the integration requirements.
  • Lay the integration cornerstone by putting together a solid technical design that can be used as compass by the development team.
  • Coordinate the communication between the customer and the development team by combining technical capabilities with interpersonal skills in order to lead the project to success.

Your day-to-day activities :

  • Gather, analyze the customer needs, and document the integration requirements and specifications.
  • Design the high-level solution and present it to the development team.
  • Own and facilitate the communication between the projects' stakeholders.
  • Represent the technical team when communicating with customers and partners.
  • Follow up on projects and their progress according to timelines and goals.
  • Discuss new features when needed.

About you :

  • Hold an active TS / SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Able to do on-site work in the Chantilly, VA region.
  • Permanent residency in the United States.
  • Technical background and experience or interest in integrations, web-services, and APIs.
  • Passion for complex problem analysis and solution designs.
  • Interest in following up processes that will make integration projects and designs become real.
  • Excellent communication skills to guarantee the project success.
