Description of the role :
The Sales Manager position at Mazda of North Miami is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and has a proven track record in sales.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Acquisition and purchase of vehicles for retail sales as well as wholesale activities.
- Supervise sales performance; ability to take T / Os.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals .
- Accurately appraise all trade-ins and coordinate all reconditioning.
Requirements :
- At least 3-5 years of proven track record of success excelling as a Used Car Manager.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry
- Must have experience working with various dealer solutions such as CDK and VAuto.
- Bilingual required (English & Spanish)
