This onsite position offers a competitive salary range of $48,380.80 to $52,353.60 annually.

As a Shared Living Program Manager at Pathlight, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Shared Living Program runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your days will be filled with overseeing and coordinating the care provided to individuals in our Shared Living homes, ensuring that each client receives the highest quality of life possible.

You'll be the go-to person for Shared Living Caregivers, offering support, resources, and guidance to guarantee that our clients receive top-notch care.

With a caseload of clients under your watchful eye, you'll work tirelessly to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies, all the while fostering a nurturing and safe environment for those we support.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • Broad knowledge of a discipline such as social sciences, human services, business administration and Case Management.
  • 4-year college education, holding a bachelor's degree or above.
  • Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of progressive learning experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications.
  • Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation / vehicle required .
  • Position requires travel for home visits to our Shared Living homes.
